Physical Access applications move from proprietary low-frequency solutions to more secure (DES, AES), open and multi-application high-frequency solutions. Converging Physical and Logical Access Solutions make it very convenient for the card holder using the same badge for parking and accessing files, laptops, printers, servers as well as doors.
Physical Access solutions for buildings and parking are used for example around bureaus, hotels, apartments, stadiums, events, leisure parcs, skiing resorts or swimming pools. Those applications are often combined with an existing time & attendance, payment, facility or booking management as well as IT infrastructure.
