Customer Information Note: Firmware V6.6 for AxxB readers
This is to inform you about the release of the new firmware version V6.6
for the Identive NFC/MIFARE Reader Series AxxA & AxxB.
This version is being used in the production process from now on.
Changes to previous firmware version V6.5 below:
• "ACMA" message during device boot-up has been changed to "ACMB"
• MIFARE authentication process for MIFARE Classic tags with 7 byte UID is supported
• Host baud rate of 460800 bps is enabled for all readers with 22.11xx MHz crystals instead of 36.86 MHz

New Multi-ISO reader with keyboard emulation available
Identive Technologies announces a derivate of its innovative Multi-ISO HF reader. This version comes with an USB CCID compliant interface which provides an HID keyboard emulation functionality. This enables the user to read the UID of a tag without host application and driver installation and output this data directly at curser position. Multi-ISO SDK available in CHIPDRIVE® webshop
The software development kit (SDK) for the Multi-ISO HF reader is now available in an updated version and can be purchased in the Identive CHIPDRIVE® webshop ( Link ).
It contains documentation, source code samples in VC++, C#, .NET, Visual Basic and Java as well as demo applications supporting most common standards such as ISO14443A/B and ISO15639

New Windows SDK for Multi-ISO USB reader introduced
ARYGON Technologies introduces a new Windows SDK (Software Development Kit) for the USB version of its Multi-ISO reader to help solution providers and integrators to significantly reduce the application development and integration effort.The ARYGON Multi-ISO reader is available with a USB or RS232 interface as an OEM reader module or as a desktop version in a black slim-line casing. Both models feature a dual colour status LED. For USB models a PC/SC compliant driver for Windows XP (32 Bit), Vista (32 Bit) and 7 (32 /64 Bit) is available.

The major change between previous releases is, that we have put the separate download files for each series into one single download file, so that customer only needs to download one file even if he has purchased different NFC/MIFARE series products.
Please notice that the download file may include software tools which are only available for customers of the specific product. Please see information file therefore included in ZIP file.
